Ammo Box refills Picked up weapons are friendly

If I pick up a squad mates Thompson I am greeted with an enemy weapon warning.

I should be able to refill my teams weapons from my ammo boxes.

I understand not being able to refill the opposing teams MG’s on my teams ammo crate.

Though IF I find an enemy crate and had an enemy gun I should be able to pick up his weapon.

Picking up dead squad mates gear, ie grenades, and health packs would be interesting.

make it take 10 seconds to ruffle a corpse or something.

Agreed very stupid that a ammo box that refills all yoyr team’s primary weapons in the game doesn’t work with picked up allied weapons, very unrealistic logic wise.
