why are the scopes for the us solders a 3 post scope they used a traditional cross post sight with thin posts

The M1D did use a post style (though not the one in game) but the other two should be cross hairs. Hoping they are just place holders

This game makes ready use of placeholder art. Obvious stuff like the VG2 being identical to the kriegsmodell k98 and the US scopes being wrong are undoubtedly on the devs radar.
