American bolt action rifles that should be downtiered to BR1

Several Allied bolt action rifles at BR2 are in desperate need of a downtier to BR1.

Here are the stats of said guns.

De-Lisle Commando Carbine- It’s a bolt action that can’t one shot vitality and has very low range. It could be moved to BR0 and it would still be bad, pretty straightforward.

M1917 Enfield- Its stats are nothing compared to other bolt actions at its BR. Other guns like this have been moved down in other tech trees, so should this one.

Springfield M1903A4- This is the most concrete of the 3 examples. It’s literally just a M1903A3 but with a X6 scope instead of an X8 one and an RPM of only 62 compared to the A3s 69.

Here is the reasoning for the people who don’t get it.

  1. Its literally just a worse version of the US BR1 sniper except for dispersion.

  2. The higher dispersion is useless in any situation you could reasonably be using it at. (even if you did find a location where the LOS is long enough for it to take effect the damage dropoff and velocity would make it impossible to hit anyone unless they were AFK)

  3. This lower dispersion does not justify its BR2 status in other nations as they have BR1 snipers with this lower dispersion but with things like clip reloads and super high damage as well.

All of the other factions have had their formerly BR2 rifles like these moved down but for some reason the US ones have been left behind.

For myself personally, I would put all bolt action rifles at BR1 (less the grenade launcher bolties), because frankly, I don’t use bolt action rifles anywhere but BR1. However, since I rarely use them outside of custom matches, I don’t really care either way.

Pretty much all bolt-action rifles that are not benefitting from the special feature which is the rifles like lee-enfield, winchester, mannlicher, ross having should be BR 1 honestly.

To be honest all bolties with exception of stuff like SMLE, Lee-Enfield, Ross, Winchester, Mannlicher or any rifle with bigger mag (K98k Trench, G98 Wartime, Arisaka 30rds mag) should be BR1
