Several Allied bolt action rifles at BR2 are in desperate need of a downtier to BR1.
Here are the stats of said guns.
| Name | damage | magazine | reload | rate of fire | V recoil | H recoil |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| De-Lisle Commando Carbine | 12.1 | 7(+1) | 2.8 | 90 | 21 | 9 |
| M1917 Enfield | 25.4 | 6 | 4.3 | 62 | 114 | 28 |
| Springfield M1903A4 | 25.4 | 5 | 5.45 | 62 | 124 | 31 |
De-Lisle Commando Carbine- It’s a bolt action that can’t one shot vitality and has very low range. It could be moved to BR0 and it would still be bad, pretty straightforward.
M1917 Enfield- Its stats are nothing compared to other bolt actions at its BR. Other guns like this have been moved down in other tech trees, so should this one.
Springfield M1903A4- This is the most concrete of the 3 examples. It’sIt’s literally just a M1903A3 but with a X6 scope instead of an X8 one and an RPM of only 62 compared to the A3s 69 making it worse! It may have a lower dispersion but it’s largely irrelevant in the ranges you will really be using it at. Not to mention that so several other BR1 snipers and in the case of german ones have the lower dispersion, high power scopes, and a clip reload. Pretty much an open and shut case.
Here are their stats for context
| Name | damage | magazine | reload | rate of fire | V recoil | H recoil |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Springfield M1903A3 | 25.4 | 5 | 5.45 | 69 | 96 | 24 |
| Sniper Carcano M91 | 25.8 | 6 | 3.5 | 58 | 84 | 21 |
| Sniper Gewehr 98 | 29.1 | 5 | 3.0 | 52 | 124 | 31 |
All of the other factions have had their formerly BR2 rifles like these moved down but for some reason the US ones have been left behind.
