Allow "View" (Free-Look) to work on ladders

When you try to free-look to your left/right when climbing a ladder, apparently your hands stop working and you fall down the ladder. Real annoying and almost seems like a bug more than anything. Please allow us to use free-look when climbing ladders so we can monitor our surroundings as we ascend.
