Going back and forth between the Managing Soldiers screen and Academy is a hassle, so much so that I have almost stopped using it. Being able to move soldiers around while in the academy menu would make this management system more bearable.
We already have a system where in soldier management, if you move your soldier on top of another you get asked if you want to swap soldier’s equipment, just let us have the same thing when swapping in Academy.

The whole soldier managing interface needs to change. It should be possible to do add/remove/swap soldiers, see all squads and send them to Academy in the same screen!!
