Allow the infantry slot to be placed instead of the vehicle slot

Currently, the game requires a slot for vehicles among the units. I propose allowing the player to take an infantry unit instead.

Being forced to bring a vehicle is really stupid, especially when there are quite some maps that are pure infantry maps.
