Allow players to replace the original soldiers in their premium and event squads for soldiers of the same class. So for example if you wanted to replace the squad’s assaulters with a different mark of assaulters you should be able to do that. But the main weapons on those squads are forced to be equipped by those new soldiers

Im not really fan of idea of having hybrid premium squads aka the sovjet auto grenadelauncher but with regular lvl3 infantry wielding avt’s.
Rather lock the premium weapons & attributes to premium soldiers and said soldiers could be only used in specific squad.
But also allow switching all of the premium soldiers to be switched with regular f2p soldiers essentially turning that premium squad to just regular f2p squad.
Because
a) theres plenty of premium squads that would be more useful with regular infantry.
b) new players cant get legacy squads, atleast this way the premium squads could be turned into regular squads and somewhat allowing newplayers to obtain more squads.
You saying make it so so only the premium soldiers can have the premium weapon? Cuz I meant the new enlisted soldiers to the squad would have the locked premium loadout when brought to the squad. Also they should make it to where any engineers and at gunners on said premium squad get the premium weapon too.
I wouldn’t have a problem with switching soldiers on Premium squads, but if given a choice I would rather have the option of switching weapons, so at least I can use the squad at any level I need.
I’m somewhat against taking the weapons off since that would defeat the purpose of a premium squad however I wouldn’t mind it either since means I’d be able to distribute those weapons to different squads if I wanted to
