Allow people to customize the "hero" soldiers from the Halloween event squads

I want to take the stupid Samurai armor off of Katsu Kato and I want to give Reinhart Rust long sleeves for when he is literally fighting in the snow.

I would love them to finally “fix” these squads. But they’re simply too lazy to deal with this issue.
