Allow Machine gunner class to use M1 Carbine

I was attempting to make a historically accurate Marine machine gun squad, but it gave me this impossible challenge:

I don’t see any apparent issues with the M1 Carbine being a weapon machine gunners can use gameplay-wise, so this doesn’t seem like the worst idea in the world. It is only a carbine and not a rifle, after all.

well is not op but you know… enlisted’s M1 Carbine is a shit and vg1-5 also too
they’re too sloow just 320RPM speed and low power(8.8-9.6)
