Allow Japanese players to use chat

Strangelly, players playing from Japan cannot use chat. Because of it, Japanese players cannot see any chat and it is impossible to cooperate with other players in spite of it is MMO FPS game.

Please allow us to use chat with other players!! At least, please make it possible for us to see the messages!
