For anyone who’s been playing the game for a while and has more orders than they know what to do with, leveling up squads is something that remains strictly grind or paid for using gold.
There are many different orders that could go towards this, but soldier level up orders make the most sense.
Ideally, it would take a proportional amount of orders to level up larger squads. So it might take 3 for a sniper squad, 4 for an assault squad, and 5 for a rifleman squad. Honestly anything but making another order to get a million of out of the boxes and not need.
