Yes allow the player controlled soldier from there tanker squad to operate the top mount and not an ai, not an allied squad soldier, which they can do so no that would be a major tank buff there hard enough to kill with a semi competent tanker.

Or majority buff tanks but boot them from the gray zone after a minute and don’t allow them to renter for more than 30 seconds

I think this could work if there was an option “let allies use the MG on top of the tank turret”

The point is they give up what for two players to use one tank thus allowing them to engage two targets at the same time, it would be a major undeserved buff in the current meta, with gray camping swine. Please people don’t cherry pick my post to support you’re argument.

Devs will see your comment and just shrug. Its a great ideal.

If the Dev’s see the comment at all. :joy:

I believe that being against an idea of change because another player might use it in a way that displeases you is not a valid argument. I believe that having two players operating the weapons of a tank simultaneously would be good for the team as a whole, since it would have more efficient firepower, since there would be one player to operate the cannon and the coaxial machine gun and another player to operate the external machine gun, protecting the armored vehicle from enemy infantry. If you say you have a problem with tanks camped in the gray zone, I advise you to employ AT soldiers in all your squads and train anti-tank weapon fire at long range. Seriously, I’ve had this problem with tanks camped in gray zones. Nowadays, I only see it as easy XP.

Again it is not that tanks are impossible to kill but they are already as is used to farm infantry. Allowing two players to man one tank would be a major buff. Doing so without some form of nerf would make tanks as is op. Sorry but get good is no an acceptable reply. Tanks can shoot within 5 feet meters of the hull and kill infantry touching them. Tanks, at least most of them don’t need a major buff, this is a combine arms game not a farming simulator for tanks and planes.

Secondly a player base number of squads is four if you have more than that I am sure tanks are far easier to deal with. The gray zone should be a way to prevent people from spawn farming not an invisible death wall. A tank in the death wall can simply use its man gun as a point blank claymore . Allowing a second player to control the top gun would be worse than ai,. Sorry unless the player is dumb enough or lazy enough or greedy enough a tank can become impossible to kill by infantry.

It’s not that I don’t like it it’s that the gray zone was designed around being weaker then you want. A tank with multiple players, no overheating ect would be oppressively unfair with the current gray zone meta. That’s my point buff tanks to the nine after you banish them from remaining in the gray zone. I’d love to fight real tanks that fight real infantry not infantry that can’t fight tanks because of a death wall.

Again one of the fastest way to score and gets kills is tanks with buffed tanks the game a needs to kick tanks out of the gray zone or be give free player more squads so they can deal with tanks. If you limit tanks to under a minute gray zone I’d be happy to give you a human mg gunner and far slower over beating. But you gotta give something to get something otherwise you can join the weeaboo whiners who just want to power creep the game.
