Allies winrate is so bad in Normandy, why?

I’ve been playing Normandy campaign for a long time, reached maximum level on both sides. But when ever i play USA, i lose A LOT. One reason is the Axis somehow always has more highranked players, and another is many USA weapons is inferior to Axis’s (wtf did they think when they put M4A1 (76mm) equally with Tiger 1?)

Please fix the balance of this campaign.

It’s mostly the playerbase issue, when both sides have equal numbers of players, the sides are pretty balanced, the US has better planes, the Axis has better tanks, the Allied guns are better at CQC, the Axis guns are better at range.

The usual.

Allies were stomping the Axis for the longest time, Axis got a new shiney, and the player base did a 180, just like Moscow switching from being axis-dominated to ally-dominated overnight.

They find new home in Pacific.

This is of course true, most experienced and maxed out Axis players are in Normandy or in Berlin.
Axis armor is much better here for the most part, only exception being Jumbo vs Panzer IV H in which Jumbo is just a better option.
But same can be said about airforce, where Allies have overall better line up with P-47D-28 as best all-purpose plane in the game.
Better counterpart for Axis there is of course Ju-188, but you can also see that there are a lot of asymetrical campaign unlocks.

I thinks it is just people playing Pacific they’ll be back after newness wears off, there was an event recently too, on Pacific so more players there.

I will go back to Normandy tomorrow and see what the campaign is like, Normandy was the most popular campaign until pacific, I’m sure it will balance out. Axis proba prefer Normandy to pacific axis because of all the negativity about weapons, to me pacific is pretty balanced.

It is worth noting that with that many battles played it becomes very difficult to repair a win rate.

It’s players comportment. They don’t use ingenors, or mark ennemy positions

Probably that the Allies didn’t need something to match the tigger when they already had the jumbo.

After it gets 76 mm M1 cannon jumbo, then yes.

Meanwhile Allies wreck Axis in the Pacific

Well, considering that most of the time the allied tanks stay in the greyzone, and sometimes one right next to another, they are an easy target for my ju188. I love poping 2 of them open in one bombing run.
Last night on a match in Normandy there were 5 of them destroyed in the same spot yet the tankers didn’t consider camping in a different place, they kept coming to the same location over and over again.

pacific BALANCE

pacific is not balance at all - after 30 matches on each side i have 75% WR with allies, while japan is a complete joke - gear and people wise…

I highly advise to visit this thread:

I’ve seen a lot of matches where the allies just steam role the axis. Esp when they have the heavy allied tanks and axis keep bringing out panzer 3 or 4 tanks. It gets worse when the capture point is right at the edge for the axis and they basically have to dig in on the cap point.

it is quite funny, if you ask me right now, a sherman 76 can kill a tiger and tiger can kill a sherman 76, it is balaknced, if you get a jumbo 76 it just broke the balanced even more, tiger have less peneration than panther, so no Jumbo 76 that is not balanced that is superior
