Because as we know paras that can use any guns can be any br (including br2 in this situation), so does this mean we’ll NEVER see the allies getting a customisable paratrooper unit?

Shitty excuse. Just because the allies have a Paratrooper squad at BR 2 doesn’t mean that can’t get another.

It is ridiculous that an entire class is locked to premium and the odd event. I’ll keep demanding RT paratroopers!

This is not BR3 by any standards. But I have a few ideas (they should all be implemented at the same time):
1- 2 more magazines. Instead of 30 + 90, 30 + 150. (As the FG42 paratroopers got two extra magazines)
2- Better recoil, this could still be a bit worse than the regular M1A1, but it doesn’t really matter if they are equal. (As the M1A1 Carbine got similar recoil to the M1 Carbine.)
3- This weapon should either have a 1.5s reload time like the M1928A1, or get a dual magazine system (1.3s first reload and 1.7s second reload)

The tanker garand wasn’t even used in ww2, nevermind by paratroopers.
I don’t think that’s how reasonable logic works.
You are just cherry picking on sentence. And then you’re putting it in a completely different context for which it was never intended.

not exactly “creating drama” it was more of a question (hence why I tagged a helper so that they might clear it up). if the allies aren’t going to get any more br2 paras (presumably to stop people from cycling 3 para squads) then how could they get a customisable para unit when that unit could use br2 guns meaning the allies would have another br2 para unit, that’s quite a reasonable conclusion.
They were originallly prototypes for a Paratrooper Garand carbine. “Tanker” is just a post war nickname for commercial reproductions

She said the br wouldn’t be changed to 2… but I don’t think it means paras will not get customization like sovs ones…

I already have 2…one British and one US. Paratroopers should ALL be customizable like the Soviet as they have one event and one Premium…the rest have them in different BRs…kinda unfair. If it’s like m e that missed a bunch of event squads because I only started last year, we should be able to grind for them instead of trying our luck in loot crates…only 18 more to go!

The tanker garand DIDN’T EXIST in ww2, the fg42 did exist in ww2.
