Would be cool if you guys added something for Soviet minorities/Mongolian or Japanese allies (idk thai troops) too. Maybe you guys could add something for them as well
The MG gunner upgrades dont include medics
There is a medic upgrade for the radio squad though

I`ve seen this today while scrolling, I hope we have more AA into the game, not just premium or event ones, but something that people can get in the Tech tree, I know we have the Ta-se or M13 but it still not enough, as far as i know ww2 has various AA, AT and artillery pieces or even APC. I just hope the devs would consider this idea

Those plus italian AT gunners are the only ones missing from old legacy squad list. Most others have legacy counterparts.
There is a case of missing italian riflemen squads, but seeing how there is one such premium with M91 carbines, will they ever be added?
And there’s of course italian Attacker Pilots with the whole zero of italian strike aircraft available.
There aren’t any paras in tech tree, there won’t be any in ‘alt’ squads. Or do you mean german assaulters with para uniforms? That’s not a thing either.
i meant luftwaffe squads with the m40 knochensacks. like the normandy mortar squad.
… but a bit of a stretch i’m afraid.

I hope we’ll get American Tanker II in near future. It’s really shame so many of very fun American tanks are locked behind British squad.

I keep seeing the title of this post and thinking Devs have added new Scicily map, especially as picture shows firefly, so was hoping we were getting a BR4 capped map, so I could use Tiger and Achilles

Congratulations because this isn’t even FOMO anymore… You’ve gone past that and created the toxic artificial fear of getting stuck with more garbage in our silver pulls.
On the off chance that these are actually supposed to be for new players who don’t have legacy squads but need more units to fill their BR lines, then why exactly are these new “alt squads” not being made available as alternative research via the tech tree where they belong?

Question about this squad, can i change their weapon? dont want to use a johnson in br5 but i really want their flamethrower. (i dont have the event flamethrower btw)

Could this be also used as mechanic for adding more minor nations? or specific/famous units? i know that some people want squads with unique weapons, but some weapons are already in game as event or battle pass weapons, or in case of famous units their equipment is standard.
Stuff like free French for the US/UK, Rumanian or Hungarians for Germany and in case of specific/famous, stuff like 101st machinegunners, Fallschirmjager riflemen or Soviet Naval infantry.
