All variants of the British Spitfire cannot carry bomb ordnance, negatively impacting game balance

None of the two British Spitfire variants can carry any bombs, yet they are placed in Tier 2 matchmaking. In contrast, their Romanian opponent, the IAR 81C, can carry two 50 kg bombs plus one 250 kg bomb. Even the underpowered Japanese faction’s aircraft come with a pair of 60 kg bombs. This severely unbalances the game.

I suggest equipping each of these two Spitfires with either two 250 lb underwing bombs or a single 500 kg fuselage-mounted bomb. Meanwhile, for the Japanese A6M2 Model 21 Zero, restrict its loadout to just one 250 kg bomb mounted on the fuselage. These changes would restore proper game balance.

There’s not much to do, unfortunately. Neither aircraft have any available bombloads to import from War Thunder.

Best thing that can be done is increasing the rendering distance in game, then at least the Mk Vc/trop has a function as a effective strafer (quad 20mm guns shred infantry, if and when you can see them).

However, the US and UK factions are missing a dedicated ground-attack aircraft.
But Enlisted shouldn’t copy War Thunder’s aircraft loadouts and stats wholesale.

The US still has othere planes that arent spitfires at that BR. P-38 are stupidly fast and even gets rockets.
