All Loud on the Western Front

Or better yet, make 10,000 points and earn them. I think everyone will be happy.

I haven’t obtained one yet. But based on my past experience with BP head cosmetics rewards, you won’t. As those cosmetics are shared across campaign presets.

Some of my criticisms were adressed in Update 0.7.4.19 hotfix. Some. We’ll see how it goes.

Oh yes. I didn’t say I was easy but at least it is now doable - if everythings works your way.

So if all stars align? :grinning:

Well… I might be the only one on the forum who does, but I like this event :stuck_out_tongue:

And you sacrificed a virgin and remember to bring your rabbits foot then yes

You get one, but only one. And it is available for every campaign

In short, he first needed to understand that period of World War I history in order to figure out specific combat methods, because applying the quick-win theory of World War II to World War I simply wouldn’t work. As a World War I soldier, you had to learn to avoid artillery fire, identify safe zones for poison gas, and follow the officer’s whistle to attack or defend, instead of wandering around like a headless fly.

You need to increase the reload speed and power of the German G-41 semi-automatic rifle; otherwise, cutting the reload time of the Mexican semi-automatic rifle would undoubtedly disrupt the game’s balance!

Ever heard of ISONZO? It is basically Enlisted just ww1 (problems there are huge too), but if you haven’t, check it out.

The WW1 games from BlackMill (Verdun, Tannenberg, Isonzo and soon Gallipoli) are very nice actually (the battlefields are well done in my humble opinion), but two important things I dislike there: the shooting mechanic (it is search the tiny black dot on the horizon, which is extremely straining on the eyes - at least for my old ones) and the crawling animation (which is just bad) - both feel a LOT better in Enlisted (and especially shooting is a lot less straining on my eyes here).

So I was pretty happy that Enlisted finally stepped into WW1, as I always thought Enlisted’s game mechanics would be a perfect match for that period - despite its shortcomings and problems (which can be fixed and worked on) the event did show that this assumption was correct and Enlisted is a good WW1 fit.

Btw. great job to the devs on the gas masks and animations for those, I think those look very cool and this was unexpected! If they tune gas attacks to function a bit more like the smoke shells where the gas lingers for longer periods this would make sense, so people can/have to actually use those gas masks.

I played the original Verdun

I recommend the new “Over the top”.

100 vs 100 players. Fully destructible terrain (you need to dig trenches).

It’s nuts!

nah do not recommend that one at all, those devs will abandon it just like they did their previous title “Battle Cry of Freedom” and lie to the playerbase about it - been there, done that, they do not get another dime from me

Replace capture with games played, like 3.

The setting and atmosphere is great. Whats also great is that the missions so far are more achieveable and less tedious to complete than those of previous elite passes.

The artillery gameplay is badly designed though as many players just sit back looking at a radio for 40 seconds or more to start a click war at the final seconds.

Imo every player should have an individual timer of artillery that he can use on available radio stations and that could be shortened by his battle performance.

Next year please do American Civil War or Napoleon Wars.

Now this might be a stupid question…but for equipping the M17 helmet, would you go into the “appearance” for the soldier that you want to equip it to and it would be in the list…and pressumably disappear from the list when they are all used? This is my first time winning uniform gear so I don’t know what to expect.
