Aim Stability perk

The Aim stability perk, that costs 11 points in the vitality perk tree, anyone know how it works?

‘*80% aim stability after receiving damage’

Does it narrow bullet spread or just stop your sights wavaring about as you aim?

I can see this being useful on a sniper, less so on an assaulter, but I don’t fully understand how it works.

When you get hit, your aim jumps.
This perk reduces that jump.

its kinda useless since most times you get downed in instant unless its guys with smg try to snipe you.

Thats why I usually pair it with the vitality perk. I have survived quite a bit this way.

Edit: brain fart, thinking OP was talking about reduced horizontal/vertical spread, but point still somewhat stands.

Ever since it is not possible to combine with 35% HP (thank gods for that) usage of that perk is limited… but it is still helpful during some engagements.
And that is how it should stay.

i rather have extra HP healed and speed recovery unless you choose 2 weapon slots then 35% HP is most logical choice.

how is backpack/extra weapon related to which health perk you take?
im just very curious, as its a no brainer in my book but happy to see other perspectives

You either go backpack medpack or rush sprint vitality double weapon for faster gunning and better weapon diversity

More health pack and extra healing from mudpack you can survive up to 4 time being downed and extra speed so they can’t run up on you and finish you off.
