Some people here moan about AI, I think it may be a combination of not being aware of what you can do with regards to orders, you can beat best alot of people don’t use individual orders, or use a squad members as a dedicated medic when you downed…
Anyway, my question is are there major differences between level 1 and level 5, it sounds stupid, but I would like to know if anyone tested AI at different levels? (That may explain stupid AI too!)
So this come to the question: do perks also have effect on AI soldiers?
Some probably do (e.g. vitality perk, medpack usage speed perk), while some probably don’t (less recoil, higher breath holding), about others I have no idea (stamina, aim stability, head shaking due to explosions).
Also, in some development blog was written that all soldiers were going to have higher vitality and less recoil according to their perk points, no idea whether this has been implemented or not.
In theoretically, the perks do have an effect on AI but only some of them work like reload speed, vitality, healing speed, etc but some don’t have effect AI behaviour like recoil boost because they generate 0 recoil when firing.
