I know that AI are pretty dumb but after this update they feel a little too dumb. I like that all the nerfs in theory but they all feel a little too harsh on the poor things. I would just say just dial back the nerfs on them.

they didnt feel much different to me.
Maybe a little slower to notice your position, but quicker on the trigger when they do notice.

I think, in terms of AI control, you should be able to command your squad more effectively. For example telling them to lay down cover fire at a specific point or telling them to take cover. I think this would certainly make the strategy and command side of the game very interesting. It would also solve the small brain AI problem.
My thoughts on AI is while they are moving around they should be as dumbs as they are now.
But if you put them on HOLD position and give them a direction to cover(they react to spot), they should be alot more effective than they are now.

also id like to add that Bots shouldn “hear” attack players as a priority. Id rather them focus other bots.
I was enjoying this game prior to the AI nerf. I agree that AI should not magically see you if you are hiding and not shooting. However, the response to this abysmal update is for 1 player to use a knife to take out and entire squad. There is no point to having a squad if they are useless.
