AI Presets

An idea that was already there in fallout 2 - in between battles we can adjust several variables of each of our teams to make them more suitable to our playstyle:
1 - distance from player character when following - smg squads stick together in tight spots, snipers can be more dispersed
2 - use of meds - option to rely on team medic, use meds at below 50% health or below 25% hp.
3 - use of ammo/weapons free - hold fire/fire at will (should be a separate button in hud with basic orders)
4- scavenging - if not directly engaged in combat, ai companions can automatically pick up weapons lying around when on
5 - vs vehicles - tickable boxes with each squad member to pick ones that automatically use their throwables against land vehicles, stay away order, maybe a designated spotter (once he spots a tank, he only focuses on hiding and spotting that particular vehicle)

ffs idk why people are so obsessed with AI in recent topics. devs arent capable of moving bots when you are building rally point and everyone has some wish regarding AI…

I guess this can summorise the 2-3 years of the development.

Changes to AI are made, but they are pain fully slow for the game’s “”"""""“main”""""""" feature.

Surely they gonna fix it in the fourth(?) time.

Actually it would be way longer if you count Alpha and the time before it.

is it fourth? i wouldnt be surprised if this was 10th attempt at fixing this issue…

They cant even use windows to get in/out and stuck in corridors and you expect them to do even more complex things ? I am even skeptical about that “big release” will happen in this year.
