This is list of things to fix and some new functions with AI, to improve them for the better. Right now the AI is pretty useless when it comes to pathing. Often getting themselves killed, stuck, or in sticky situations.

Getting stuck in water (they should be able to swim through water instead of trying to go around it or getting stuck in it)

Properly taking cover (AI still doesn’t take cover as often as it needs to often still standing in the open)

Ability to jump through windows (they only use doors or gaps in walls, rarely on special occasions using windows when it’s the only way out)

Ability to use/grab med kits from boxes/inventory (used under 20% health and grabbed whenever there is a med box nearby and they have taken damage)

Stop jumping around (they still like to jump around a lot especially around trenches)

crouching when player crouches (they sometimes do this but not reliably, same can be said of proning)

Ability to build ammo boxes (This is mostly for AI controlled squads. I’ve never seen an AI building ammo boxs only respawn beacons. So I don’t think this is a thing?)

Running
Running is a big one:
Sometimes when you have to retreat or push forward the AI take forever to join you, because they’re either getting stuck or are super slow. They should keep a similar pace to the player. Not expecting them to bayonet charge but they should at least utilize their stamina bar to run instead of moving at a walk speed run, This should be combined with any speed perks on that soldier. This way they can keep up with the player more often.
