Now I find that AI using bolt rifles and machine guns can find at once and kill lying players at a distance of 100m? Is this too scary?
I don’t mind that, I just want them to stop shooting at me through the shrubbery if I can’t see them they shouldn’t be able to see me
Meh. Not really.
They seem to be back to x-ray vision, especially on the Pacific.
Wondering if they just don’t properly register the Pacific’s foliage as something they aren’t supposed to see through.
AI can see through foliage textures since they’re partially transparent, all the other campaigns besides the Pacific have a lot of hard cover to break LOS with bots. Spend enough time in their LOS and eventually they’ll hit.
In every bush there is an AI bot with xray vision and a plasma rifle lying down ready to shoot you dead with a single shot from half the map away even if you are running or driving a vehicle at speed.
Wasnt that already the case before?
At least I cant remember any moment where those fuckers didnt kill me through smoke screens.
I don’t have AI taking potshots at me nearly as often on other maps.
Anywhere I go I hear bullets impacting around me.
X-ray vision is also an issue on Werbig Bahnhof at the Berlin campaign.
