Please add ai civilian units at the start of each match that will try to flee to the edge of the map (maybe disappear or go beyond map once reached destinations)! If the match has more buildings/city structures the match could start with more ai and if the match has less buildings/city structures the match could start with less ai (maybe even none depending on the map)!

it serves no purpose in the game.
as it’s a war game.
including or enlisted getting slandered as " war crimes simulator " is the least it needs for it’s reputation.
with that being said, people can use civilians in mods.
it’s just that no matter which team you make, AI will start shooting at them.
( how do i know this? and why? i’m making a police against gangsters mod in enlisted with civilians included. except, the police officers AI kept shooting civilians. no bueno. to also include some civilians in berlin. but implications and ethics as well as deficency of ai makes it less than ideal. )
and… also players will shoot them voluntarily.

Is there a way to implement them a neutral faction that both teams are considered Allie’s to their faction to just see them escaping?..
This would be considered a visual aspect
so, apparently,
i found out that there are 5 teams.
team 0
team 1
team 2
team 3
team 4
all of them are enemies to each other.
and in the base game, team 0 is used for objects / vehicles. that can be used by both team 1 and team 2.
which, speaking of team 1 and 2, those are usually given to team of players. the ones that are connected / enbedded with the custom game teams.
team 3 and team 4 are usually given to static weapons / scenary guns. that will fire upon each other.
although, i find out that if you give npcs to any team and weapons, they will fire upon any other team, and will get fired upon by any team.
there are no " invisible / neutral " team.
hence, it’s unlikely will be made. as it takes time and effort.
not to mention, we kinda lack civil uniforms.
as much as i’d like them for my mods, it’s simply just not worthed the effort.
therefore, would be better to let modders be able to do them, and include them in their mod.
otherwise it’s simply not good pr for the game.
Would fit the streets of berlin and Stalingrad so much…

would be a bit weird for the allies.
( rather by their own hand than artilleries / airstrikes all be it )

essentially yes.
when it comes to history, it’s always the first one being butchered and so on.
whether we like it ( i don’t know… i don’t think anyone does but the herdle of sheeps indotrinated into hating who thinks opposite to a certain ideology ) or not, we don’t really have choice in the matter.
so… yeah. guess we’ll settle for this middle way thing.
modern gaming has declined since almost few years after it’s birth.
