at this point i dont care can they kill or not at assaults or long range. i just want them to protect themselves properly. when i order the to stay the point they dont try to cover their body by using surroundings. under artillery shelling they dont try to run out of that place or get in some houses. they dont even follow my orders. i order them stay in the house they just go out and got killed (and i was not far away to cancel order) . i know we can use them multiple times but when i select my squad i want to use all soldiers in squad as efficient as possible before they all die, essipecially squad special soldiers like machine gunners in mg squad. i have to order them to stay back at some near point to objective but it doesnt solve problems. some maps and some objective are at open spaces and half of them are decimated on the road before reaching.

Funnily enough every single update the devs launched to “improve” the AI ended up making them even worse somehow. They never reversed any of the updates so the AI is stuck at this retarded timmy state.
