Let’s divide all silver squads into 2 categories: tech tree(TT) squads, and legacy squads (the squads that become unavailable after the merge).
TT vehicles before the merge can be used in both the specific original legacy squad, and the TT squad. For example, Tiger can be used in Berlin Tanker III squad, and TT Tanker III squad. However, TT vehicles after the merge & event vehicles after the merge can only be used in TT squad. For example, Me 262 and Bf 109 Z-1 both take the TT Fighter III squad, which means I can’t use both the planes together.
My suggestion is, to allow event vehicles to be used in legacy squads too. Make Bf 109 Z-1 suit all Fighter III squads.

I completely support your suggestion! Although I wouldn’t be surprised if the devs try to monetize the old squads…
