Addition of the soviet M1938 Panamka hat

The panamka hat was officially adopted by the Red Army in March 10, 1938. as part of the military uniform for soldiers stationed in the Central Asia, North Caucasus, and Transcaucasian military districts, as well as units located in Crimea.

It was introduced as a summer headgear that could be worn together with a steel helmet, it had a chinstrap and was made in two colors, khaki for infantry and steel gray for armored vehicle troops.

These hats, much like the budenovkas, also had branch colored cloth stars behind the regular red star badge. (red for infantry, black for artillery, blue for NKVD, green for border gurads, etc.)

This hat should be availble in the Far East campaign, where it was historically issued and used.
