Hello, fellow Enlisted players!
I wanted to share my thoughts on an idea I believe could really improve our gameplay experience: rewarding teamwork in battle. Enlisted is a game that thrives on squad-based tactics and cooperation, so recognizing players who contribute to the team beyond just kills would be a fantastic addition.
By Rewarding teamwork in Enlisted, it could significantly enhance player engagement and strategic cooperation. Implementing such a feature would acknowledge and incentivize collaborative play, which is a cornerstone of success in squad-based games like Enlisted. This could lead to a more positive and coordinated gameplay experience for everyone involved. Imagine seeing categories like “Best Support,” “Top Reviver,” or “Objective Contributor” right after a match. This kind of feedback would not only make players feel appreciated for their efforts but it would also motivate everyone to work together more effectively. Especially considering that in some matches the enemy kicks my team’s butt so badly that either the enemy used the Blitzkrieg tactic very well, or my allies deliberately let the enemy win.
Such a system could foster a stronger sense of community and camaraderie among players. It’ll shift the focus from individual performance to collective success, which is really what squad-based games are all about. Plus, it could lead to more positive interactions and better coordination in matches, whether they be Invasion, Confrontation, Destruction, Assault, and/or Conquest game modes. Adding Teamwork Awards would make the game more enjoyable for everyone.
Look, when we reward teamwork, it creates a positive feedback loop that encourages players to work together more effectively. Adding Teamwork Awards will ultimately lead to a more coordinated and enjoyable gameplay experience.
