We did get m4a1 76w skin with extra track armour
But that’s BR4, meaning you’re doomed to be sent to Autohei and HoRi Fantasyland.
sandbags and concrete offers very little protection against anti-tank projectiles.
The extra weight would just slow the tank down.
Still it would be cool to see.

Now that M4A3 with big gun is banished to BR4, it would make a lot of sense to add M4A3 with normal gun (75mm) to BR3.

While I agree with your proposal, I don’t think that this would be happening anytime soon :
- there is no WT moden to import for the M4A3 75, and given the amount of “effort” put in recent updates I don’t think that the devs actually design a model from the ground up for this tank (last time it happened was for the flame tanks I think)
- there are already three models of very similar 75 sherman in BR3. And I would expect them to add something different (like the M7 for instance, even though you will most certainly hate it, it would make a great event vehicle. Or even british tanks)
One can still hope however that these vehicle gets added one way or another.
