Add the rifle round to the M30 Luftwaffe drilling

I get that this is a low priority, but this shotgun does fire a rifle round through the third barrel under the two shotgun barrels. Perhaps you could add it into one of your making enlisted a better place updates.

better yet, make it so that to swtich from shelld to the bullet u press the same button u press to change submachineguns from auto to semiauto
