Add the PIAT to the Soviet Research Tree

There were hundreds of thousands if not up to a million of them left behind along with half a million give or take ppshs captured by germany… well enough to justify both of them being in their trees as captured weaponry IMO.

Fun fact:

Axis DID have captured ppsh in the Stalingrad campaign. Devs decided to remove it for no reason…

You can still see a few veterans players with a bunch of those.

Not good enough.

Even weapons, sure, but not in the tech tree.

If you want to use German AT weaponry, you should have to play as Germany.

We both have different opinions on this it’s clear as i don’t think that way especially with the PPSH… i want to use the ppsh but do not want the abhorrent dog shit that is BRV soviet teammates.

I can see it as Event reward similar to the Bren Carrier, but I fail to see TT reasons as they existed for the M1 and Panzerfaust.

Axis has shitty Balkan PPSh no one likes.

Well, although I think that when other countries’ anti-tank weapons were transferred to another country, there might have been some resistance. But in the case of the Soviet Union using German weapons, especially after the capture of Berlin. I mean, considering the large number of captured weapons that the Soviet Union had in history, perhaps in the later stages they had even more than what Germany produced. I think the use of these weapons was completely very normal in the historical context.

Again, not in the tech tree, captured weapons shouldn’t be there.

Event drops or premium content, absolutely, but not free in the tech tree.

That doesnt make any sense unless the Soviets also captured stuff from other producers.
But in case of the Panzerfaust, it was only produced in Germany during WW2, so not sure how the Soviets managed to have more Panzerfäuste than the Germans ever produced, not to mention that other nations and insurgents captured them as well.

Then it is pointless to discuss since the war in Europe pretty much ended after one week.
