You can spawn APC squads and paratroopers from regular spawns (rally points etc) which gives huge benefits as you can essentialy use them as assaulter squad. So why can’t you use tank squads? It would offer many benefits and literally no downsides.
It helps people without enough squad slots to use them as multirole squad (either tanks or assaulters) in their lineup and the fact that they are badly perked would compromise this benefit and so its a good addition. As long as the squads dont fill up tank slots it a decent addition
Please add this as I can’t think of negative things and why it shouldn’t be able.
didnt you read a bit of my post or are you always like this? i mentioned that its good for people without enough squad slots. your argument could also apply to the fact that we have the ability to spawn APC squads or paratroopers from regular points without their ability/vehicle
The tank squads are intended to be used as a tank, if players want to use them as infantry they can if they really wanted to. at the moment players only need 3 infantry squads minimum, when selecting your squads it forces you to take 3, you never need 4 infantry squads you only ever require 3.
I had bought a couple BP tanks years ago simply because they offered six or more crew members to use as assaulter squads. The Allies LVT 1 and the Japanese Boat tank. The LVT had a crew of six and the boat tank seven. I used them like an APC, drove to certain point and dismounted. That was back when I had the base slots which gave you what, three infantry squads? (Been so long I can’t remember) So, this gave me an addition assaulter squad.
Today, I have bought up ever slot that’s offered. It sucked to pay for them, but I bought them when they were on sale, so I paid half price. So now, I don’t have to use tanks as APC’s just to get an additional assaulter squad, so they go unused now. So, I understand why he wants to be able to spawn outside the tank. Even today, I will use BR 5 bombers over jets because they offer a five man assaulter squad, but I only use them as an assaulter squad AFTER I am shot down. So, IMOP, tanks and planes are their to be used as tanks and planes, not APC’s and paratrooper transports. So I wouldn’t be in favor of being able to spawn outside a tank, or plane for that matter.
My suggestion is to just buy an additional slot when it comes up on sale, that way you can just use a true infantry squad.
I also hope to become a tank soldier who abandons the tank and is born at the resurrection point.
This way, I will have several additional rapid response teams.
This could actually be a very interesting feature. I heard that when Stalingrad was encircled and the Germans ran out of fuel, many armored units had to serve as ad hoc infantry
and there is already a feature that allows people to spawn APC squads/paratrooper squads like regular infantry. there would absolutely be no downsides as the “buff” would be compromised with the fact that tanker squads would have horrible perks compared to infantry squads. i really dont see why all these people got so offended by my suggestion without using proper arguments or reading my suggestion

For example, the new Golden Coins team is a 7-member team.
He began by diving and dropping all the bombs, then parachuted down. It was a powerful 7-person assault team, equipped with SMGs.
I am an advocate for increasing the amount of Assaulters in the Assault squad anyway since they’re based on the Soviet and German assault infantry, so personally I don’t mind
That’s the problem you have an assault squad with 5 to six assaulters if you limit it to four smg armed soldiers fine it’s another assaulter squad but stop trying to create a power creep assaulter squad
So, this gave me an addition assaulter squad.
