Add the Ki-43-II Please

To help break this away as a separate topic from the Zero cf thread.

It would really be nice if they added the Ki-43-II with two 100kg bombs to the BR II Japanese research tree.

As an Imperial Japanese Army Plane, it would of course have an air start and since it would be capable of carrying two 100 kg bombs it would help to balance things out a bit in the CAS department.

I would really like to see this in game, but IMO it should be BR1. Having only two 12.7mm machine guns with only 250 rounds per gun and that high a fire rate wouldn’t be good at BR2 when most enemy planes are decently armored and have much better guns, even if it does have good flight performance.
