Add the button up variation of M36 Greatcoat for Moscow, Stalingrad/Rhzev, and Ardennes

It’s a bit jarring that this particular variation of the M36 Greatcoat is only available for the DAK in Tunisia. While we do have winter greatcoats in the game, adding this button-up style as an optional uniform piece for Moscow, Stalingrad/Rzhev, and Ardennes would be a great addition.
