I like to make banzai charges in the pacific and I’m sick of having to fire all bolt actions 30 times before I can charge into a suicide attack whit my squad

So you are the guy I consider a bot shooting in the air in order to do that?! Holy guacamoly.
Jokes beside: bots will always use the most powerful weapon they have in order to perform the best. A Banzai charge would be suboptimal for this logic as it would mean suicide.

Bots charge whit melee like axes or sword when they engage the enemy

If they have no ammo they go around whit the knife, axe and sword

Ya, there is no evil in ask for a melee stance in the squad option and make your bot go with bayonet charge or other melee weapon

It have some utility in closed cap or a sneaky flank attack, plus more option are always better
