Unite the playerbase among the 4 campaigns and 8 factions. Create real-player only lobbies. Give people an incentive to go out of their comfort zone (faction) and be placed on a random one (though progress it a bit faster this way).
I’d say 25% for “play any faction” and another 25% for “play any campaign”, but anything is better than nothing.

I m still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that Moscow is still the only campaign I m not fully leveled and I fking hate every single second of it…

To elaborate on that: Personally I would actually rather wait a minute or two longer and play as any faction in any campaign as long as there were no full-bot squads. If there was a “I agree to wait for humas” button.

I’m not sure if “play any campaign” would even be feasible, but I’m definitely in for an XP bonus for “join any side”.
Playing multiple sides would work wonders for players’ understanding of actual balance among factions. But the mere (possible) reduction in queue times, alone, is not enough to persuade players to play other than what they planned. XP bonuses could do.
On the other hand, “join any team” is mutually incompatible with tasks such as “play X matches as Y team in Z campaign”.

I honestly have the very same mindset about Berlin…
But whatever, I´m ready to make sacrifices and suffer it through from time to time for the exp boost.
It’s still compatible, just not as efficient.
What I’ve done on my Xbox account is always play with “join any side” enabled, and change campaigns when the will of the battlepass tells me to with one of those tasks.
I can usually get those tasks knocked out relatively quickly, even with a popular side.
Play any faction/campaign is just an auto join for Axis in Tunisia
