So i remember that warthunder aircraft can increase their speed by holding w in air arcade so yea i would love that since some bomber are slow and i would rather take a chance of breaking wing then being easy target (even tho it just a bit more speed still better than nothing)
Its called war emergency power (WEP), we already have it in game on aircraft that had that setting IRL.

really? i thought it wasnt a thing since sometime i hold shift and it didnt work like in warthunder but then again im not good at aircraft so i wouldnt know
Its displayed as throttle that goes over 100% up to 110%.
oh well i already know that i could go up to 110% welp
