Hello,
I would like to suggest adding new historical German uniforms to Enlisted, with a special focus on the famous Waffen-SS camouflage patterns Plane Tree (Platanenmuster) and Oak Leaf (Eichenlaubmuster).
These patterns are among the most iconic camouflages of World War II and would add a huge amount of historical immersion and visual variety to German squads.
Uniforms and camouflage patterns that would be interesting to add:
- Plane Tree camouflage (Platanenmuster)
- Oak Leaf camouflage (Eichenlaubmuster)
- Late-war M44 uniforms
- Winter Waffen-SS uniforms
- Sumpfmuster and Splittermuster camouflage
- Detailed Fallschirmjäger uniforms
- Camouflaged helmet covers and foliage
Winter uniforms
Winter uniforms would significantly improve immersion, especially on snow maps, by reflecting the harsh conditions of the Eastern and Western Fronts.

Plane Tree (Platanenmuster)
Plane Tree was one of the earliest camouflage patterns used by the Waffen-SS. Its rounded shapes and natural colors would fit perfectly on forest and summer maps.

Oak Leaf (Eichenlaubmuster)
Oak Leaf had several spring and autumn variations and remains one of the most popular WWII camouflage patterns among history enthusiasts.

Adding “ponchos” or “Zeltbahn” in the same camouflage patterns would also bring even more variety and break up the monotony of seeing the same Zeltbahn all day long in every match.
Seeing these in the Summer or Spring maps would blend naturally into the scenery.

Adding these “puffer jackets” in the same styles would be welcome

Adding worn and battle-damaged versions of these uniforms would also greatly improve immersion. Dirt, faded fabric, scratches, mud stains, repaired clothing, and weathered equipment would make soldiers feel much more authentic and realistic on the battlefield.
(Adding worn and weathered variants (mud, snow stains, faded fabric, repairs, and damaged gear) would also greatly enhance immersion and realism, making soldiers feel more battle-hardened and authentic; this would give so much more variety and originality!)
Ideas for implementation:
These uniforms could be added:
- as premium cosmetics;
- through special events;
- for veteran squads;
- as campaign rewards;
- or depending on map seasons and environments.
This would make German soldiers look far more varied and historically authentic.
I sincerely hope that this thread will be seen by a lot of people and, by some miracle, passed on and implemented in the game—even though I don’t think that will ever happen—but at least I can rest easy knowing I gave it a shot.
Make them premium or whatever you want, but add them!
Thanks to everyone who reads and likes this.
