You could allow ppl to choose from 1-all factions they want to que for.
More factions = more Bonus
So also ppl that dislike a specific faction will play on more sides

Yeah, people will 100% ignore that switch if they play 3 out of 4 factions.
20% is wasted if you end up playing 25% of the time the faction you don’t even wanna level.
I’ve suggested this a couple times … even made a thing in paint to show how it could look:

Players will just choose those steam roll factions.
So they will be steam rolling while still getting some bonus.
