Add more uniform and customization preset for Premium KS 750 squad

Overview

Currently, Moscow, Berlin, and Normandy had Tunisian customization preset as its default. Moscow preset could have just used the Stalingrad/Rhzev and Ardennes, while Normandy and Berlin could get variation of its base smock and other customization as well.
