When the Allies did get a Aircraft P39 Event Squad and the Soviets did get the French Pilot Event squad then the Axis should get a Aircraft Event Squad as well, i think the 2 Focke-Wulf Ta 152
variants could do it.
If you ask a aircraft Event squad for Japan then maybe Nakajima Ki-49 „Donryu“ for Japan - Suggestions / Vehicles - Enlisted — official forum when Japan gets the Ki 48 for TT!
If the Yak with French Pilot event squad wasnt good enough then maybe a Soviet spitfire of Soviet B25
Event Squad could do it.

Since the Fw 190’s in Enlisted are sadly all bugged, because of a bug in WT which they dont fix, probably they will/should not add another one…

I think the (Ta 152 H-1) should most likely be a Event Squad.

The Axis didnt get any real Event squad for to long except the saboteur.

I think the Ta 152 C-1 with a 500-kg bomb could work as TT as well but it would be nice as Event or Event with squad as well !

The appearance of the Ta 152 in Enlisted is long overdue. The Ta 152 actually flew combat missions in WW2 and according to those who flew it in actual combat, the Ta 152 was the best piston engine fighter aircraft of WW2.

The Ta 152 however should NOT be an event or even a premium unit, it belongs in the German tech tree. Anything that ends up exclusively as a premium unit or an event unit is not available to new players, or even veteran players, that either do not have money to buy them, or that miss an event for one reason or another.

For example the British “Tempest” fighter aircraft is currently only available as a premium unit in Enlisted, but it is no longer for sale. The “Tempest” without a doubt was the best late-war British fighter aircraft, arguably the best late-war allied fighter aircraft. Currently however the “Tempest” is not available in Enlisted anymore, except to those that currently own the premium “Tempest” unit.

Additional variants of the Ta 152 with different armament could be added in Enlisted as event and/or premium units though, in addition to German tech tree variants. This has already been done with other aircraft in Enlisted that are available both in the tech tree and as event and premium units. For example the P-51 “Mustang”, Me 109 and Me 262 are available in the tech tree and as premium units.

As to the Ta 152 it certainly has the best victory to loss ratio of any fighter aircraft in WW2, if my memory serves me right it is 16 victories to 0 losses in combat. A few Ta 152 were lost in accidents during WW2, but not due to combat.

The data available on the internet is generally unreliable at best, Wikipedia is certainly not a reliable “source”, if one can call “Wikipedia” a “source” at all.

The two sources to consult concerning the Ta 152 that instantly come to mind are.

1.) “Focke-Wulf Ta 152” by Dietmar Harmann. This book contains useful, reliable and interesting primary source German development and test data.

2.) “Jagdgeschwader 301/302 >> Wilde Sau <<” by Willi Reschke. Reschke was a late WW2 German fighter pilot and “Experte” at a time when the German fighter pilots found themselves fighting at 40 to 20 to 1 odds in the sky. Reschke is to my knowledge the only fighter pilot that flew the Bf 109, Fw 190 and Ta 152 in combat and who has written a book containing information on the performance in combat of the Ta 152 versus various enemy combat aircraft.

Either way the Ta 152 deserves a place in Enlisted, but the Ta 152 should only be added in Enlisted if the Ta 152 performs in Enlisted like in real life. In real life the Ta 152 could out-turn, out-roll and out-run every other enemy aircraft in WW2 according to those pilots that flew it in actual combat, at 40 to 20 to 1 odds against the various premier WW2 enemy fighter aircraft it fought in WW2.

The Ta 152 and all other German aircraft in Enlisted that had GM 1 / MW 50, should have the ability in Enlisted to use GM 1 / MW 50 etc. in combat and be able to refuel it the aerial resupply point in Enlisted. The whole idea behind the introduction of GM 1 / MW 50 in German aircraft was to instantly give them superior engine performance in actual combat. By not giving GM 1 / MW 50 in Enlisted to German aircraft that were equipped with it, the developers are seriously handicapping German aircraft in the game.

Adding any Ta 152 variant in Enlisted without also giving it GM 1 / MW 50 would be both inauthentic and silly. The whole idea behind any German aircraft with GM 1 / MW 50 was to give it instant superior engine performance in combat. And so it should be in Enlisted for any WW2 German aircraft that had GM 1 / MW 50.

Fw Ta 152 C-1 could be really good as a TT Aircraft when it hase a Bomb,

But i think really the Focke- Wulf Ta 152 H should come with a Event Squad to use the Event squad Slot
then it dosnt have Bombs!

This high‑altitude, high‑speed aircraft doesn’t fit the gameplay environment of enlisted; it can be easily downed by planes of the same rank.

If the H Version is a Part off a event squad, with the Event squad slot it would have still some use.
Same like the He 162 (suggestive name: Sparrow; also: People’s Fighter or Salamander)

The Fw Ta 152 hade a good performance in low air as well simillar to the Tempest most likely even better.

Fw Ta 152 C-1 variant does even have a 500 KG Bomb!

Unfortunately, its maneuverability is quite frustrating, much like the U‑2, and it has an even heavier nose.

In game or reallity?

In real life it was quite nimble even low to the ground.

Maybe in Warthunder the depiction of the FW Ta 152 isnt correct!

Your “impression” or “idea” about the performance of the real world Ta 152 does not conform to what those on the German side involved with the real world Ta 152 have written about it.

I strongly suggest you get some good books and read up on the real world Ta 152.

The real world Ta 152 had superior maneuverability at very high, high, medium and low altitude. It was designed for that purpose.

Read the combat report data submitted by Willi Reschke, since Reschke actually flew the Ta 152 in combat in WW2, and one of the most interesting one to read is the low altitude fight Reschke was in with Ta 152 at basically tree top level against enemy fighter aircraft, such as for example the fight Reschke was in with a number of British “Tempest” fighter aircraft.

Read good books from BOTH sides in a conflict written by those that were there, not just books from one side and certainly not books published after WW2 by government agencies or those paid by government agencies or NGOs to create content for them. That is something one needs to do to get an idea of the true performance of aircraft in combat in WW2.

Read actual declassified German factory and design, development and test documentation produced DURING WW2 by the German authorities, designers, factories and test centers as well as frontline combat reports by the troops. Some of these are available online but by far most of this data is available in good books.

I again refer you to these two books, although I could add many more to the list.

Other good books to read are the books written by Donald Caldwell about Jagdgeschwader 26, arguably the best fighter wing in the Luftwaffe together with Jagdgeschwader 300. Donald Caldwell interviewed over 40 Luftwaffe fighter pilots for his books, including Adolf Galland.

Like I stated earlier the Ta 152 should certainly be a tech tree aircraft to make it available to all players. In addition to one or more tech tree Ta 152s, a Ta 152 variant could be introduced as a premium unit as was done with the Me 262, and another Ta 152 variant as an event unit. This would be nothing out of the ordinary in Enlisted, looking for example at how many P-51, Yak-9, il-2, Fw 190 and Bf 109 aircraft variants we currently already have in Enlisted.

As for the He 162 the Luftwaffe development project code name for the aircraft was “Salamander”, the aircraft itself purportedly had the “Suggestivname” (= evocative name) “Spatz” (=“Sparrow”).

Same as for the Panzer VIII, the Heeres (= Army) development project code name for the Panzer was “Maus”, and according to some sources the Panzer itself purportedly would have had the “Suggestivname” (= evocative name) “Mammut” (=“Mammoth”), although this is disputed by other sources.

Sadly, the performance of the current Fw‑190 variants in Gaijin’s game differs drastically from their real‑life counterparts; they are barely more than minor tweaks from their War Thunder versions.

Widar you said sources written by both sides but everything you’re talking about is German unless you mean war Germany and post war german east and west that is not both sides
