Add Finnish М/28 Mosin rifle as event reward for Axis

The M/28 Rifle is a bolt-action in the Germany faction in Enlisted. It comes with an ancient premium squad which is currently not available. The weapon can not be removed from the premium squad.

It wouldn’t be game-breaking to have another BR1 bolt action rifle for the Axis but would make it possible to assemble 100% Finnish weapons squad:

How about a Finnish subfaction that has access to M/28 mosin, but not the other Axis nations.

With all due respect to the Finns and despite my huge desire to see Winter War/Karelia maps, I would absolutely hate to see/hear Finnish troops in Tunisia, Berlin, possibly Sicily, etc.

Sounds like we need a filter to these.
People who mind should be able to turn it off.

Are we now going recycle premium content as event rewards?

I wouldn’t mind if it would be for some other faction. But recycle German premium as event reward for Germany… Ehh, no thanks.

all the weapons from the old BP are available for free so why not

And I think the AS-44 was Premium and was put on the TT and the new Thompson too

No need to recycle premium content. Instead add mosin m28/30 “pystykorva” or mosin m/39 “ukko pekka”.

You can also still make finnish squad by using carcano mod 38 or mannlicher m1895

Not comparable. You could get any BP stuff for free. So this argumentation simply isn’t even valid.

So how do you explain the AS-44 and the new Thompson?

m/39 or m/27 would be unique and won’t step into the territory of prem users

or just reuse M91 Infantry as m/91, but that would also technically mean reusing backer-exclusive guns nvm, infantry rifle depicts one of the first variants that would have been rare even be by the time of ww1

I think that “Russian” Winchesters would also be very well suited for the “Finnish” squad.

Generally any soviet weapon fits.
Alot of captured weapons were put on use.

Only these Winchesters are from the imperial times.

If this is reference to before winterwar, I havent heard any winchesters being captured from russian depots 1917 - 1918.

But to give perspective Finland had ~4000 light machineguns before the winterwar and about 10 000 after.

Anyway, here is rather long list and somewhat well explained what Finland had and what was used.

^ also winchester mentioned there, so you were right.
