Add feathered helmet types for premium Bersaglieri squad

As much as I enjoy the update, I got bit dissapointed to see that feathered helmets arent available for customization in the pool except for standard Tunisian safari hats. Its the only thing that makes them stand out and I believe they should receive more than that

Also, please finally remove the navy anchor reflection texture from the basic Italian helmets please
