Add dark blue pants for german customization

Add these pants that are currently only available for pilots for infantry as well. German infantry customization has dark blue torso that doesn’t get any matching pants. You could also add a variant with long and short boots instead of gaiters

I think it wont be historicaly accurate.

(And talking about accuracy, I guess that soldiers wouldn’t advance trough the battlefield JUMPING, like spaming space​:joy:)
