Add an information your tank is being repaired

I see people trying to repair my tank (and that’s great) but often I realise this when I run over them. So some kind of clear inicator would be nice to have. Preferably with player’s name.

Also please add things like “I need repairs” and “I will repair you” to the communication wheel.

also devs need check the fixing stuff, because it happened my tank is damaged and when I try fix it (black symbol) I can’t do it
