Add an accuracy metric to weapon info

Weapon accuracy is now a significant differentiator between many weapons, especially smgs and lmgs. Please provide at least some way for the player to know how weapons perform in this area without rigourous target shooting, that way its more clear why an mp40 is better than a berreta, for example.

Where to find the file?
I’ve found some file related to weapons but it’s .bin file

Sure tell me other im curious

Referring to the beretta m1 in tunisia, to be clear, not the m38 version. If you want a different example, “Why the mp28 is really, really bad, and not just a smaller mag slightly higher recoil gun”

Poor mp28… why is everyone hating that cute lil smg… It’s kinda good if you max star it. In Moscow anyway (very easy to control)

Hmmm even the m1 is superior to mp40 actually all italian smg are superior to german one

Is it though? In my experience the m1 performs a good bit worse at range than the mp40, presumably due to higher spread, but its hard to know for sure because we don’t get accuracy stats, ya know?
Like, you may well be right, but its hard to tell without having all the info.

Maybe the devs want every player to decide for themselves what feels right to them. Rather than publishing the complete stats and forcing one weapon to be meta over another.

I really don’t use the practice range anymore when testing infantry weapons. I just create a custom game and try them side by side to see what feels best to me …

Helps to get a little bit of XP while testing too

agree, in the practice range you cannot discover certain things, for example that av36 and avt40 if you are lying on the ground lose the recoil and you can use them in full auto, or that m2 is perfectly able to shoot without aiming and it too loses the recoil if you stay lying on the ground, but the funniest thing is the great “almighty FG42” is less effective in the distance than the g43.
