This is simple, but respectfully speaking, should have been added in the first place.
You see, I recently obtained a Gold Vehicle reward and had the understanding you could purchase a Special Vehicle and get it right away. What I did not know was that you had to have the respective squad also unlocked. Well, I ended up getting a vehicle for a squad I did not own and was stuck with a vehicle I could not use.
Thankfully the support time was very polite and resolved the issue for me. However, there should be a warning ingame to inform players that in order to obtain a certain vehicle, you may need to have a respective squad unlocked. Now before you say: “It’s already listed in the support page” Not everyone is going to look there they don’t have a problem with the said order. Instead, they should implement the warning ingame to avoid undo confusion. An example warning can be found below:
“Attention! Please be aware that in order to obtain Insert vehicle name here, you need to have insert squad name here unlocked in order to use the vehicle. For example: The vehicle Pz.IV H in the “Invasion of Normandy” campaign is available for the 9th Panzer Division, which is unlocked for level 20 of the campaign, with the new class Tanker II.”
