Add a Tank and Plane target to the "Training" Mission

^ I really want to be able to test different weapons against tanks and planes ex AT guns to see where shooting at them would be most effective. Could this pls be implemented in the future?

A test map that has access to all vehicles and weapons against any target would be neat
