Add a notification you are hitting allies and add a penalty

When I shell a building with a tank, I can’t tell if I’m concusing my teammates. Maybe simple text “You are shooting teammates” would be sufficient.

Also imo there should be a penalty for concusing teammates too often. Let’s say, if you concus allies 10 times in 2min, it should be treated like team kill in lone fighters. Numbers are debatable.
!!!Important!!! Implement penalty to the game after you implement the warning system. Otherweise you will ban 90% of your players.

The way it works

Let us remind you that detonating allied explosives does not kill in Enlisted, a gameplay assumption without which the game would be less comfortable for everyone involved in the battle. But the motivation to be careful when dealing with explosives is required, otherwise these mechanics will lead to unrealistic scenarios, like throwing grenades into a room and destroying concussed enemies while being unaffected by the explosion in any way.

Currently only the player that got hit is pentalised, not the player that hit the ally.
If we want to make players careful with explosions, they need to be the ones who face consequences, not the players they hit.
