Add a “join any campaign” option

With a 5th campaign we will experience a bit more bot matches.

So i think it is time to add a “join any campaign” button. You could be put on any side on any campaign.

The game will detect which campaigns have the least amount of players and auto-put them there.

For using this option you get an auto +10% xp bonus

I hope so, I play them all and I just kind of jump around wherever. Though, if they do this it’ll be nice if the different campaigns squads/soldiers would all be easily shown on one page. Though the logistics would probably need tabs if they did that

I would much prefer a “Join from x list” option than pure “Join any”. I want to play with about half of the total factions in the game, the other half I’m not really interested in. Having the ability to be part of a wider queue poll without giving up all control over what I play would be much better.

Agreed, and not just a pick axis and allies because some campaigns I want to be allies and others I don’t

Exactly. I play both sides tunisia, but only allied moscow, and only axis normandy. I don’t really want to get thrown into games on berlin, or as allied normandy or whatever.

if and only when quiting a match this extra xp wont be avaiable again for a certain number of matches.

just to avoid people using it and play only once the maps or modes on their favorite campaign apear and leave matches on campaigns they dont intend to play or are maxed out already.

It can be a bit inconvenient for some players who are willing enough to play random faction.

I think that 10% bonus should be awarded for any faction, any campaign bonus should go to 20%.
It may sound like a lot in long run, however, you are essentially playing (aka grinding) 5 campaigns at the same time… so you should be rewarded accordingly.

For example, if someone wants to force me into playing Berlin (or Stalingrad, which is pretty much the same thing)… or even risk the chance of being thrown there, I at least would like it to be worth the suffering. For the sake of matchmaker not having to fill slot by AI player.

To add to this, the more factions and campaigns selected as “wanted” then more xp should be awarded for selecting more options.

but if there’s a join any campaign button, then there should be more actual players meaning it’s more balanced
